Can somebody give me an answer for couple simple questions?

In the few weeks Obama shall stand in front of the Chief Justice and say the words, “I, Barak Hussein Obama, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

On the other hand the Constitution has only three simple requirements for any man to be a president of USA: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”(Article. II,Section 1)

My first question is to the  President-Elect: How can the same man who will solemnly swear to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States refuse to follow the very same Constitution by not verifying that he satisfies the natural born citizen requirement by presenting his original birth certificate  (not a certification of birth which has been classified as a forgery), explaining how he was able to attend an Indonesian school as a citizen of Indonesia, and how he used an Indonesian passport to travel when he was 20 years old?  By not addressing these questions is he not already simply lying under the oath?

Now, in his own words Obama said that our Constitution “reflects fundamental flaws” and he promised “We need fundamental change in this country, and that’s what I’d like to bring.” Obviously by his own words he is already promising to not “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States”

My second question is to us, citizens of US: If this little requirement of the Constitution will be ignored by everybody with a smile (Obama’s grin) as a first step, doesn’t this set a dangerous precedent allowing the Obama Administration to ignore any other aspect of the Constitution he considers “inconvenient” with the same very smile(Obama’s grin)?  And if we are not going fight to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States who else will?

The state electors are allowed to vote for whom they choose when they vote for president, yet votes for individuals not satisfying the Constitutional requirements for president, such as Hugo Chavez, Vladimir  Putin, or Arnold Schwarzenegger must be ignored.
